Freelance
Fabledom
I had the opportunity to work on Fabledom to assist in the creation of ambient and walla sounds for the release of 1.0 of the game.
Spellmasons
Spellmasons is a turn-based tactical roguelike where you design combinations of spells to overcome relentless waves of enemies!
Released on January 31, 2023, I had the chance to contribute to the sound design for the various animations of spells, enemies and for the user interface.
Song of the Nightrider
The Song of the Nightrider is a musical adventure game (still in development), in which you must unlock the secrets of evil love using sword and song. Become a sound witch and break the Nightrider's deadly curse!
I contributed to the creation of the different sound effects for the game as well as the integration into the Unreal Engine using Wwise.
I also did the sound design and mixing for the trailer.
Werk One
I did the sound design and mixing for the Werk.Technica high-end custom keyboard Werk One trailer.
Two Seas
Two Seas is an animated short film (still in production) on which I did the sound design as well as the mixing.
PROJECTS
Project U
Project U was carried out by following an online training course on the Skilleos website. The training, of about twenty hours, proposed to create an FPS type game on Unreal Engine in several stages.
However, the training did not include any lessons on the game audio system. Being already familiar with the Wwise middleware, I therefore chose to use Fmod to cover the audio aspect of the game.
By learning on forums thread and being resourceful, I was able to set up a dynamic footstep sound system, a dynamic audio system for the car and different sounds for firearms, reload animations as well as a dynamic music system.
VR Sword
Vr Sword is a project I made on Unreal Engine, I also used Fmod to dynamically modulate the sound of the sword.
South Of Heaven
South of Heaven is a demo-game that I made using Unity in order to learn more about game design, programming and sound integration.
I designed every sound for the different elements of the game
and used Wwise to implement them.
Here is a small explanatory video which illustrates how i created the sound design of the Combo mechanic for South of Heaven using Wwise.
Available with French and English subtitles.
The Robert Dudzic Sound Design Challenge
At the beginning of 2023, the Stillalive Game Labs discord community organized a challenge in collaboration with Robert Dudzic. The goal was to design cinematic sounds and to make a video where the participants had to present their creative process.
I had the great honor of winning this challenge and thus receiving the Komplete 14 Collector Collection from Native Instrument as well as an interview with Robert.
Sound Redesign
Short films
These two short films were written and produced by the artist agency Stéphane Belugou which I was able to attend through an internship offered by my school Musitechnic. On these two projects I had to attend the shoots for the sound recordings, then did the sound editing and mixing.
Side projects
Twilight World
Twilight World is a video clip of one of my music, the visuals were made on Touch Designer.
Field Recordings
Down Below is a link to download a compilation of recordings of rocks, stones, gravels that I captured with a Zoom H1N at the foot of the Mont-Blanc during a stay in the Alps.
